  • Our strategy is generosity.
  • A deal is a good deal when it is good for all concerned, especially Earth.
  • Everyone does what we love to do and do well without charge… and little else.
  • We sit at the table of unknowing and invite spirit/God to co-create with us for the highest good for all concerned.
  • When someone gets upset, we go within to ask what within us is asking to be healed… and later we bring the story of that healing back to the group to enrich the field.

Description of KINS

KINS Innovation Networks are self-organizing networks of key, collaborative, high-integrity leaders in widely diverse fields who come together by invitation to achieve inspiring innovations while enjoying their kindred spirits. These networks leverage existing ‘conscious sustainability’ initiatives with powerful new ones to manifest innovations faster, cheaper, with higher impact and with more fun.

KINS networks manifest a ‘whole systems’ design for sustainability and are based on the understanding that ‘we are all one’.

  • Have some kind of heartfelt spiritual practice and believe that we are all one
  • Are passionate about the network’s mission.

  6. Co-Create Network Design for success of your particular mission
  7. Implement Network Design (Innovating and Co-Creating as you go)

In January of 2013, began gifting an innovation method it has been successfully developing over several decades.   Called KINS Innovation Networks, KINS uses a love-based method of collaboration successful in the fields of finance, energy, agriculture, women’s empowerment, local living economies, discrimination and poverty-alleviation, among others.

Over 35 years, the rich KINS energy field has demonstrated it can produce results faster, more quickly, with higher impact and more fun than innovation methods based largely on analysis and strategic planning.  More than 30 small networks of servant leaders convening over decades have adopted and then improved on this model that you can now use as an open source tool.

Some KINS Results  – Measurable impacts from KINS Innovation Networks have a track record of high results as described at Capital Missions – CMC Networks.    For example in 1990, The Investors’ Circle was created and successfully manifested the social venture capital industry, with the companies funded by the Circle achieving returns on a par with those of early-stage venture capital nationally.   Members have invested more than $152.9 million in more than 250 companies, with follow-on capital to these companies of more than $4 billion.  (See  Click here to see more results.

The KINS Staff is blessed to be housed at Green America in the Spreading KINS Network division, funded by a $100,000 grant.  Its program is being co-created by Susan Davis and her colleague, Marilyn Levin with the active participation of Green America founder and president, Alisa Gravitz.   Green America has been an innovative leader in helping create sustainability, conscious consumers and social investing.

Capital Missions Company – The KINS Innovation Network method is being gifted to the world through Green America by Capital Missions Company, now a sole proprietorship called   Launched in 1990 by Susan Davis to green the global economy, CMC used KINS to create more than 7 different innovation networks related to social investing.   More than 13 other successful KINS networks were launched in various fields of sustainability and consciousness.   For a full history of the company’s practices and theory, see
